We are writing to inform you of an important decision regarding BloxStaking. After careful consideration, we have decided to sunset the BloxStaking service effective on June 1st, 2024.
Why are we sunsetting BloxStaking?
CoinDash LTD as the company operating BloxStaking has decided to pursue a new business plan and direction. As part of this, CoinDash LTD is going to focus its efforts on DVT, DKG technologies and the SSV network as part of its effort to support the Ethereum ethos.
We see the SSV network as a game changer in the world of Ethereum staking and as such, will require significant resources, one of which is sunsetting BloxStaking.
What does this mean for you?
As mentioned above, BloxStaking will no longer be accessible as of June 1st, 2024. Until then, clients may choose between two options:
- Migrate open validators to the SSV Network. To this end, we have prepared a migration guide with instructions on how to complete such a migration.
- Migrating to another service or exiting your validator.
Not choosing any of the options listed above before June 1st, 2024, may lead to penalties, losses, and slashing.
We understand that this change may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption it may cause. We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued users. Our team will be available to answer any of your questions and offer you all the assistance you may need through the transition period.
